"Revit has to be implemented, Not installed." I don't think you will be able to drag and drop the file into revit. I think you will have to covert the 3ds to dwg or 3ds to dxf and then to dwgīut you will have import/link the file in or create mass and them import/link the file in Importing your Revit files in 3ds Max lets you get the best of both worlds.
